These terms apply when you use Elon Pays, operated by Technograte, [Registered business address]. By using the site or donating, you agree to them.

What Elon Pays is

Elon Pays lets donors give to a pooled fund used to pay verified bills (such as rent, utilities or tuition) through external payments arranged by admins to the service provider. Recording those payments here does not transfer money. Elon Pays is not a lender, investment platform, bank or money-transfer service. Donors receive no goods, services or financial return.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary gifts to the Elon Pays fund. We decide which verified bills the fund pays.
• Choosing a person or bill on the site does not guarantee your money goes to that specific bill.
• Monthly donations renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@elonpays.example.
• Unless a qualified charity status is stated, donations may not be tax-deductible.

Requests for help

Applicants must give accurate information and real documents. We may reject, suspend or remove any request. Approval is never guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You may not submit false bills, impersonate others, use stolen payment methods, or misuse the platform. We may close accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Verifying documents is not a financial guarantee.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country of registration].
