Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Donations are generally final, because donations may already have been used for externally arranged provider payments. If you donated by mistake, used the wrong amount, or see a charge you don't recognize, email support@elonpays.example within 30 days. We will refund it in full if the money has not yet been used to pay a bill.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a monthly donation

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@elonpays.example from the address you donated with. Cancellation stops all future charges. Past monthly charges are not refunded unless covered above.

Disputes

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We usually reply within 2 business days.
